Terms and Conditions

1. ORDER PROCESSING

1.1 Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am to 7pm from Monday to Friday.
1.2 Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays) will be considered as orders on the next business day.

2. ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATION

2.1 All orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed.
2.2 Since it would not be possible to change or cancel orders, it is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking on the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.

3. DELIVERY TIME

3.1 Orders will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
3.2 Deliveries are made from 8am to 7pm from Monday to Sunday. Holiday delivery schedules shall be posted accordingly.
3.3 The customer will be notified in case of delays.
3.4 SSI (Beauty bar) cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond its control such as storms, earthquakes or floods.

4. DELIVERY DETAILS

4.1 Delivery is currently limited to addresses within the Philippines.
4.2 The Customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

    • name of recipient
    • house no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code
    • unit no., floor, building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code 

4.3 The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged.
4.4 If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to correct address.
4.5 SSI cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details provided by the customer.
4.6 To protect the Customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt.

  •  
    • The recipient must present proof of identification.
    • If the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification

5. DELIVERY CHARGES

5.1 Orders will be charged a flat rate of P 200 for the first 3 kilos, and an incremental rate of P 50 for every kilo in excess, unless it qualifies for free delivery.

5.2 For FREE delivery, merchandise ordered should be worth at least P 2,500 and should not weigh more than 3 kilos.

5.3 For orders that meet the minimum value (P 2,500) but exceed the maximum weight (3 kilos), the customer will only pay for the incremental rate (P 50 per kilo).

6. DELIVERY CONCERNS

Pls. notify us at Tel. No. +6325196654 or email us at custserv@beautybar.com.ph in case of discrepancy and/or any signs of package tampering.

7. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

7.1 BEAUTY BAR takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent leakages and breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru email (custserv@beautybar.com.ph) or Customer Support hotline (+6325196654) within 2 days from receipt of delivery.

7.2 Returns will not be processed without prior notification either through phone or email.

7.3 Damaged items should be returned with its original packaging, complete with labels and tags. The original Sales Invoice should also be sent back together with the items.

7.4 BEAUTY BAR will shoulder the courier/shipping expense related to return of damaged items.

7.5 Upon receipt of the damaged item, BEAUTY BAR will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. The following items shall not be accepted:

  •  
    • Damage caused by customer’s improper handling
    • Items already opened / used (for hygiene reasons)

7.6 BEAUTY BAR will give the customer a unique Return No. to be used as reference for the approved exchange transaction.

7.7 BEAUTY BAR will replace the damaged item with exactly the same item in good condition. If the item is no longer available, BEAUTY BAR will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.

7.8 Delivery of the replacement item to the customer shall be free of charge.
